How this site and a project fit together.

You can read the site, share it, and send a brief. A project starts only when both sides agree a written scope and a price.

The work

• Custom work you have paid for is yours, including the source we wrote for that project.
• Open-source parts stay under their own licenses. Tools we already had stay ours, and you get a license to use them as part of the delivered work.
• We do not promise a search ranking, a store approval, or a revenue number. Apple, Google, and your host make their own decisions.

The prototypes

Interfaces and the small game on the studio home page were made to show the practice. They are not case studies and not a promise that a new build will look like them.

The statement of work we both sign is the contract. These paragraphs are the guide for the website.
