Cancellation

Either side can stop.

You can cancel in writing, and so can we. Email is enough. The stop date is the day the note is sent.

• You pay for work completed through that date.
• We hand over the source and design files for the work you have paid for.
• A start date held by a deposit is released if the work has not begun. The unused deposit is returned.

Store accounts, domains, and hosting that are in your name stay in your name. We remove our access when the project stops.
